Nothing is more important to Marion than spending quality time with family and friends. Her go-to for relaxation is getting out in her garden.

Marion loves that Rātā puts people and communities first - a prime motivator for her to join the organisation. She enjoys her role as Grants Administrator, particularly supporting the Community Investment team to have everything they need to do their best work, which has a flow-on effect for the communities Rātā support.

Marion relishes the opportunity to see the impact of large and small community organisations doing their best work to benefit their communities. The support they provide is often life-changing for people.
