Katie Foote

Katie is the Director and Manager of Graham Consulting, a leading recruitment firm.

She has over 20 years’ experience in helping organisations secure high-quality sales, finance and commercial talent, and specialises in senior management and executive recruitment across New Zealand.

She is also the current President of the Canterbury Club and a Past President of the Christchurch Business Club.

What motivated you to be involved with the Rātā Foundation Board?

I wanted the opportunity to contribute in a meaningful way and support organisations that make a real difference in our community. Joining the Board allows me to help ensure Rātā continues to have a positive, long-term impact.

What are you most passionate about supporting in the community?

I’m passionate about supporting initiatives that create practical, lasting benefits for people and communities. Even small contributions, when well-directed, can make a real difference.

What is one of Rātā Foundations’ greatest achievements and/or projects?

One of the Rātā Foundation’s greatest strengths is its consistent, long-term support for community initiatives. By providing reliable funding over many years, Rātā helps organisations plan ahead, make a lasting impact, and empower people to thrive.
