Capacity Building

Canterbury Community Business Trust with support from Rātā, is sponsoring these free training workshops for not-for-profits.

2024 is proving to be another tough year financially for the charitable sector. Many are looking for further ways to save on operational expenses and hit their charitable budgets. We wanted to put on this practical workshop where we identify "common & uncommon ways" to save on operational expenses. If you are struggling to hit your targets and like to explore if there are any new methods that could help trim costs, then this workshop is for you!

This FREE workshop, facilitated by Mitch Shaw, will cover;

  • What free offers are out there for charities, and how to take advantage of them
  • What free tools are available, that could empower you to DIY what you need
  • Some advice from the experts that would help reduce unnecessary spend on top of necessary Charitable Expenses eg: like Insurance & audit fees
  • How to reduce costs within your current supply chain and free up untagged funds

To register, email your contact details and which workshop(s) you’d like to attend to admin@oneonone.co.nz, and someone will be in touch with your booking confirmation.
