  • How to identify what assets you have in your organisation and harness them
  • The opportunities and threats in starting a social enterprise
  • How to reduce costs within your current supply chain and free up untagged
    funds
  • Who’s problem are you solving and how to get those people to financially
    support you in your social enterprise

About the Presenter:

Mitch Shaw is the founder of Upstream which is a social enterprise based in Canterbury. After completing a social enterprise course in 2016, Mitch knew he wanted to set up a company that generated a social outcome for young people. Fast forward today, he has been running his social procurement platform for 7 years. Mitch has journeyed and supported a lot of charities and social enterprises over the years and looks forward to sharing his tips, tricks and wisdom with charities.
