Sandy is passionate about creating a supportive and efficient work environment. She leads the Human Resources, Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Operations & Administration, and Property and Facilities Management functions with a keen eye for detail and a heart for people. Sandy ensures that our programmes align with our goals and Rātā maintains operational compliance. Whether managing the employee life cycle or streamlining administration procedures, she is committed to making our workplace the best it can be.

About Sandy

If you ever pop 'Dancing Queen' or 'Mama Mia' on the speakers, you won't be able to stop Sandy from singing along – she says she'll never, ever stop being an ABBA fan! Sandy is an avid walker who likes taking in everything Mother Nature offers. She loves spending quality time with her family and friends, having a good laugh, and travelling to far-flung places.

Selfless acts of kindness inspire Sandy, and she is in awe of all the unsung heroes in our community who work tirelessly to help those in our community where the need is greatest. She feels privileged to work for an organisation that supports and helps its communities as Rātā Foundation does.
