In partnership with Rātā Foundation, our Earth+ Resilience and Emissions Reduction programme has been designed to flip-the-script on climate change, empowering your organisation to proactively prepare for the future and kitting you with the tools, support and network to make a difference; and it’s free of charge!
About the programme:
With the support of the Terra Nova team and other programme participants, we will explore the impacts of climate change on your organisation and develop an action plan based on the unique strengths of your team, backed up with practical tools for implementation. We will identify the obstacles to and opportunities for action and work with you to integrate meaningful change strategy that aligns with organisational capacity and resource.

· Your carbon footprint & emission reduction report
· A resilience strategy, including how to address key risks
· Operational tools & guidance to adapt to climate change and prepare for emergency response
· Reduction in climate anxiety & embed environmental wellbeing into decision making
· Prepare your organisation for the future, better communicate your impact and access resources to enable change.
It begins with a 1-day interactive workshop to kick things off. By the end of the workshop, you will walk away with:
· A comprehensive understanding of your organisation’s resilience strengths and challenges and a plan of attack
· Tools for communicating climate change with your team and community
· A carbon footprint for your organisation, a carbon report and bespoke actions to reduce emissions
· A framework for change – a change-management tool to effectively identify, apply and deepen the positive impact of Earth+ action
· A deepened connection to your mission and feeling more empowered about the future!
Sign-up Information
To join the programme, please fill out the registration form and indicate your preferred date to attend the introductory workshop (if there is more than one which suits, select all that apply and we will enrol you in the first one which has availability). A member of the Terra Nova team will be in touch to confirm your registration once it has been submitted.
Cost: We’re pleased to be able to offer the first 50 organisations who register a fully funded place on the programme. More than one individual is able to register from each organisation.
Workshop requirements: You will need to bring a laptop and have access to your organisation’s Xero, Kiwibank or MYOB account to sign up for the Cogo Carbon Manager tool.
