Community organisations across our regions make a valuable and often essential contribution to the health and wellbeing of communities. 

Organisations need good leadership to enable them to meet their potential and grow their impact, working towards a more equitable and sustainable society. 

Governance is a key aspect of leadership but for many people joining Boards they have limited experience of what good governance looks like.

The Good Governance Code - Community Governance Aotearoa aims to set out some key principles for community governance that organisations can work towards.
