Justin discusses how the relationship with Rātā has been developing over time, and over the last few years, Te Ātiawa has seen a real increase in the authentic nature of the engagement with Rātā.  He talks about how the relationship has been able to grow around shared values and how Rātā has made it a priority to understand where the need in the community is so that it can strategically support long-term equitable and sustainable outcomes for iwi and the community.
