LET'S GET PERSONAL We have all struck people who are difficult to work with. But there are strategies you can use to help deal with those difficult personalities and situations. We’ll give you ideas for tackling those toxic team members before they cause too much damage, as well as how to move ineffective board members on when their time has come.
Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation.
On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.

People troubles - what can go wrong?
Getting people off boards / moving people on
Dealing with difficult personalities and situations
