HOOKING THE GOOD ONES - GETTING & KEEPING THE RIGHT PEOPLE So much of your organisation’s mission and vision relies on having the right people on your team. In this workshop we will cover recruitment and retention of the right people to your Board. We will show you how to evaluate and up skill your Board members’ own governance abilities.
Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation.
On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.
