RULES OF ENGAGEMENT We will focus on The 3 Ps - Policies, Procedures and Plans. What exactly are policies and why are they important to your organisation.
Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation.
On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.
You will learn about:
The importance of policies
Why have them?
What should they contain?
How should they be developed?
Policies vs procedures vs plans
