BEING THE BOSS In our final Governance Bytes workshop for 2023, you will learn about being a good employer, including performance appraisals, conversations about accountability and managing your manager.
Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation.
On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.
You will learn about:
The Leadership equation - the Board / Manager relationship
Being a good employer - managing the manager
Performance reviews and accountability conversations
